The code has been merged but the status of the Jira issue does not show the merge

Hello, the built in Jira Development panel is owned/maintained directly by Jira, with our application sending development data to it. Sometimes, Jira has an issue and will not properly update the panel when we send the data. In order to resolve the issue, you can trigger our application to resend the data, which should give Jira a chance to update everything correctly. To resend the data, navigate to the GIJ Manage Integrations page, click top checkbox of your integration list to select all of the integrations, then the gear icon at the right side of the page and choose 'disable selected'. Wait 1-2 minutes, then do the same thing, but choosing the 'enable selected' option. This will trigger GIJ to resend all of your development data to Jira. Please note that it could potentially take a long time for Jira to update the panels if you have a lot of development data. If we run into a rate limiting issue with the sending process, our application will automatically continue to retry sending the data until we have completed the process.

Same here - in my case everything had been working fine for a long time and it suddenly developed this problem. The right-side panel "Issue activity by GitKraken" correctly shows the PR being merged, but the Jira "Details" widget shows the pull request as Open and it also appears Open if I bring up the Development dialog from that widget. No errors were logged in our Azure devops webhooks and everything looks fine from that end of things.
