We'd like to be able to see which branch contains the commit associated with an issue from within Jira, so that we know where to review and test it.

GIJ shows this information now but only when the branch name matches the issue key. We'd like to see it for all branches. (All branches and commits are visible from the repository browser so it seems GIJ already has the required information.)
