Remove protected branch (from view) instead of deleting it

If a maintainer has configured a token with enough permissions a protected branch can be deleted (though API). Provide a way to prevent branch deletion by removing the branch from the panel instead of deleting it.

Hi David Labra Gaona, Since the "Add Confirmation Dialog to Delete Branch" feature is already working as designed for users with Developer access, the same confirmation dialog should be extended to users with Maintainer access as part of this feature when the branch is protected. Additionally, it would be beneficial to consider including the "REMOVE" operation for protected branches within the scope of this feature delivery.
