Jira Cloud Standard and Free editions implement a rate limit for their services. These have impact on some panels, specially the Development Panel and Automation for Jira events. On certain occasions data is sent, but not reflected until some hours / days making users to believe GIJ is the problem.

Add visual indicators for Users to know effectively data does not appear because of the rate limits.
