When creating a Gitlab Merge Request from a Jira ticket, the default MR description template is overwritten with a generic "Merge request created in: <ticket URL>"

When creating a MR from Jira, I would like to either (1) have the option to choose the Description template, or (2) have the default one applied automatically.
